Our vision is to evangelize the unsaved, grow Christians to spiritual maturity and make every member a disciple of Jesus Christ. The Church of God is called out and assembled to honor God in our Worship, our Walk, our Witness and our Work for the Kingdom's cause.
As ambassadors of Christ, we must use all available means to go to all nations and not wait for them to come join us.

Our History
​
The originally called “Bethel Baptist Church” was organized in 1887 by Rev. P. H. Collins.
​
Since its inception, the church has been blessed with the following pastoral leaders: Rev. A. Lyons, Rev. A.A. Demmond, Rev. M.C. Griff, Rev. J.S. Vick, Rev. L.B. Kemp, Rev. T.R. Simmons, Rev. O.B. Clayborne, Rev. A.L. Bradley, Rev. K.L. Thompson and the present, Rev. C.B. Frazier.
